Shipping & Return Policy

Items are shipped USPS standard unless otherwise requested. All items are tracked and insured. Ready-to-ship items are shipped promptly within 1-3 business days of order. Pre-orders, Kickstarter rewards, and custom orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. All items are mailed to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

All items must be returned, at customers’ expense, within 3 days of purchase. Custom items are not returnable. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Quality issues will be addressed promptly.

Terms of Service

All dragons are handmade with safety eyes and safety joints. Every effort has been made to ensure quality and permanence. These dragons are intended for ages 12 and up. Bunnies and foxes are rated for ages 0+, meaning from birth, as are tiny pocket animals (if chain is removed).

Privacy Policy

Information is collected by Squarespace to allow your order to be fulfilled. The information is not shared with anyone and is only used to fulfill your order.

You may choose to be added to the email list, which will be used for promotion, sales and announcements. The newsletter/email list may be sent from Mailchimp or from Brenna directly, but will only be used for communication from Whimsical Whiskers, and shall remain private. Information collected through Kickstarter or Kickbooster will be used only for the fulfilment of the pledge(s) made or rewards earned.
