Need to clean your dragon? Does your dragon need repair?

Did your puppy get a hold of it and play a little too roughly? I’m happy to help!

Washing your dragon

You can choose any of the following options to clean your dragon. Keep in mind that the fur is somewhat delicate, so be gentle.

1) Place inside delicates bag or pillow case (closed with hair tie). Machine wash cold, delicate cycle.  Dryer low heat, delicate cycle. Take a clean, dry toothbrush and brush the fur in the direction of the fibers to re-fluff.

2) Use a sink or bucket - fill with lukewarm water and add a few tablespoons of regular Dawn dish soap. Dip a clean toothbrush into the (slightly soapy) water, and gently scrub the area to be cleaned in the direction of the fibers. Dip the toothbrush as needed to get more soapy water. When clean, rinse the dragon using water only on the toothbrush, again brushing as you "rinse." Take a clean towel and roll the dragon in it, squishing the dragon into the towel as you roll it up. This will wring out excess water.  Allow the dragon to air dry. Use the clean dry toothbrush to fluff the fur, brushing in the same direction as the fibers.
